Chris Wanner
Owner and Lead Trial Attorney
Chris has owned and operated this very firm since 2012. He has experience in all areas of the law, but chooses to focus primarily on Criminal Defense. He is a past president of the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (LCLDA) which he is still a very active member of. He has also served on the Board of Directors for LCDLA, the Lubbock Area Bar Association, the Lubbock Private Defenders Organization, and Legal Aid Society of Lubbock.
Lucy Muro

Lucy 's voice is the first voice you will hear when you call our office. She is responsible for assuring our attorneys and clients are where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there, as well as the
many other valuable tasks she performs daily for us.
Haley Hickey
Associate Attorney
Haley is our newest member to the team. A 2022 top graduate of Texas Tech School of Law with vast previous experience in case mitigation, mental health cases, and litigation. Haley choses to put her skills to use helping indigent clients with mental health needs. So far she is proving resourceful and is apt at moving cases quickly to a favorable outcome.
